About Licensing for Product and Plug-in
Under the GPL general public license (Version 2.0) the PHP, JS and CSS code in WPmob Pro is licensed. However, the exact phrase, spelling and camel caps for “WPmob” and “WPmob Pro” are trademarks of Juicegraphic, Inc. and should not be used with any form of GPL re-distributions without certain permission from Juicegraphic, Inc.
A Customer is eligible to do any GPL permits with the code in the plug-ins. We sell support and upgrade licenses for and/or distribute free of charge, but a Customer is not allowed to re-use the trademark ‘WPmob’ or ‘WPmob Pro’ to convoy any re-distributions of the WPmob or WPmob Pro plug-in, in any form.

This means that you can create websites or mobile theme for your clients using our themes, but you may not redistribute the themes by themselves. Any themes given to another person must be part of a complete website that you created, including its own domain name. The developer’s license also includes the following restrictions:
1. You may not give downloadable access to the plug-in or grant any person the ability to automatically install the plug-in on their website.
2. The plug-in may not be provided as part of an automated blogging service, or be coupled with a web hosting or content management package

Juicegraphic Support & Upgrade Product Licenses are non-transferrable, unless affirmed or particularly approved by Juicegraphic, Inc.

Regular Upgrades
Regular Upgrades are available to the Customers who have upgrade license key of our products when they have purchased a support. It doesn’t matter which product they have bought.
For an instance, a 1.0 series license allows a Customer free upgrades to 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.x.x and so on. But another day if a 2.0 version is released, a Customer may have to buy a new license or pay an upgrade fee, depending on the range of the update.
Delivery of purchase
Juicegraphic, Inc. will gain permission from a credit card, Paypal or other payment gateway which may recommend a Customer at the time of checkout. A Customer will get the access to download the WPmob Pro after fruitfully processing payment. Thereby, you are requested to keep your all transaction information such as: Customer id and receipt securely because you will need it to grant our support.

Warranty
